Returns Policy

Any shortages/damages must be reported to within 3 working days from date of delivery. Please provide photos of breakages wherever possible.

Returns can be requested within 28 days from date of delivery if the items are in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Any special order or bespoke items are non-returnable.

Returns will not be accepted without an authorised customer returns note. To arrange a return please contact our sales team who will organise for a driver to collect your items, with your next delivery or when we are next in your area.

All returns will only be credited in accordance with the original order and must be returned in the original packaging/condition.

Special items or non-stocked items may carry an uplift charge should you wish to return the item(s), if not required. The uplift charge varies but is normally 25% of the price of the goods plus applicable transport costs for the goods to be returned to the manufacturer. Items ordered in from outside of the UK are non-returnable and you will be informed of this at the time of placing your order.
