Cast Iron Steak Weight

Useful tool for steakhouses, restaurants, and any other food service serving steaks and hamburgers. To use, simply place a weight on top of the meat you would like to grill. The force of the weight pushes down on the steak, while the weight itself retains the heat coming off of the grill and the meat itself. This heat is transferred back to the meat and assists in quickening the cooking process allowing you to speed up dish turn around times.
