The Matfer Bourgeat bouillon strainer is made from Exoglass and is heat resistant to 220°c. The ergonomic handle is insulated to Stay Cool. There are 2 side hooks to hold the strainer in place while in use. The stainless steel mesh is hygienic and easy to clean. Dishwasher safe.
