Who we are

As an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) our team members have a true sense of pride in their work and take accountability for ensuring we perform as effectively and efficiently as possible.

We distribute products including glassware, crockery, tableware, kitchen/bar equipment, cleaning chemicals, paper hygiene, napkins, janitorial supplies and catering disposables across the UK. We can provide bespoke solutions as well as commercially competitive standard ranges.

We have a showroom and two warehouses in Chessington, Surrey and we prioritise on building business partnerships and providing great customer service. We work with you to understand your company vision and values and ensure we are aligned to help you achieve your goals. Our dedicated team is always ready to assist you with product inquiries, orders, and any other assistance you may need.

Why Jacksons?

As an employee-owned business our teams go the extra mile to ensure our customers experience the best service possible.

We have high stock holding of over 6,000 key, fast moving products and over 35,000 live items which we can easily supply to you. We can provide bespoke crockery, glassware or disposables branded with your logo.

We are big enough to offer commercially competitive products, but small enough to ensure your business is important to us. No customer is just a number to us, they are all business owners who need the very best value for money, support and service.

You can register for a trade account to receive significant discounts off our list prices and, once set up as a customer, you can register for ordering online. Despite this ability to order online, we still have an industry leading team of Sales Support representatives at the end of a phone line or an email to help you with your queries.

We seek to reduce our carbon footprint and provide efficiency and convenience for customers, by combining multiple product categories into a single delivery. You can get your full range from one supplier, from your dinner plates and hi balls to your toilet roll and blue roll. We are a one stop shop!

We work with Net Carbon Zone and are working towards being carbon neutral with an ongoing focus on our environmental impact. We also have a strong partnership with market leaders in environmentally friendly food packaging  who are at the forefront of product innovation.

    Our current site in Chessington boasts two huge warehouses, offices and a showroom. The showroom contains a comprehensive range of front of house products that are featured throughout our website and catalogue. Ideal to visit if you are setting up a new site, refurbing or looking for inspiration.

    We can have a salesperson on site to assist you with making the right choices.

    Our showroom is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please call in advance as it is available by appointment only.

    How to order

    Speak to one of our sales team by calling 020 8391 5555 or emailing sales@jacksonscg.co.uk. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. If you are calling outside these hours you can leave a message on our answering machine. Please ensure you leave a contact name and number should we need to return your call.

    Orders will be processed the next working day.

    Alternatively if you have an account set up with us log in and place your orders online. All orders under £50 net will incur a £5.99 delivery charge.

  • Deliveries

    Deliveries

    With our own dedicated fleet of vehicles, Jacksons endeavour to deliver all orders placed before 2pm within two working days. This does not include weekends & public holidays. This is subject to product availability, vehicle capacity and geographical area.

    If your order is urgent and required for a specific day, please do let a member of our sales team know when placing your order.
