Moul'flex Pro 600x400 silicone baking sheets can be used from -40°C to +300°C so can go direct from freezer to oven. The R'system perforations allow for better heat or cold convection and reduce the cooking time, resulting in a perfectly cooked and caramelised product. Use with the wire grate (sold separately) to enable perfect heat distribution.
