The Food Standards Agency (FSA) in conjunction with DEFRA introduced new allergen laws which came into effect in December 2014. Restaurants and food outlets are now required to provide details of all possible allergens that are contained within the menu items served. The details of the recognised allergens must be clearly marked in a clearly visible place so that employees of the establishment can provide correct information to consumers. Label is 5cm square. Sold on a roll of 500 labels.
